數(shù)字人民幣 digitalized currency

The People's Bank of China, the central bank, is testing its digital currency in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Suzhou, Xiong'an and some areas where the 2022 Winter Olympics will be held.

中國(guó)人民銀行將在深圳、成都、蘇州、雄安以及2022年冬奧部分場(chǎng)景開(kāi)展數(shù)字人民幣試點(diǎn)。

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

中國(guó)人民銀行自2014年開(kāi)始研究法定數(shù)字貨幣。2017年，中國(guó)人民銀行數(shù)字貨幣研究所正式成立。經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，人民銀行組織部分實(shí)力雄厚的商業(yè)銀行和有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)共同開(kāi)展數(shù)字人民幣體系（digital currency and electronic payment，DC/EP）的研發(fā)。

中國(guó)人民銀行數(shù)字貨幣可以看做是數(shù)字化的人民幣現(xiàn)金（digitalized currency），由央行結(jié)算且具有法償性（legal tender）。從使用場(chǎng)景上看，央行數(shù)字貨幣可用于小額、零售、高頻的業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景，與使用紙幣差別不大。它不依托于銀行賬戶(hù)和支付賬戶(hù)，只要用戶(hù)手機(jī)裝有數(shù)字貨幣錢(qián)包（digital wallet）即可使用。

中國(guó)人民銀行日前召開(kāi)的2020年下半年工作電視會(huì)議指出，法定數(shù)字貨幣封閉試點(diǎn)順利啟動(dòng)。

Currently, the tests include salary payments to civil servants, payment for public transport services and energy and supply chain trading.

目前，試點(diǎn)涉及公務(wù)員工資支付、公共交通支付以及能源供應(yīng)鏈支付等領(lǐng)域。

The China International Fair for Trade in Services, which was held in Beijing on Sept 4,  staged a total of 190 forums and negotiations under the theme of "Global Services, Shared Prosperity".

中國(guó)國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)于9月4日在北京舉辦，主題為“全球服務(wù)，互惠共享”，會(huì)議期間舉辦190多場(chǎng)論壇及洽談活動(dòng)。

根據(jù)世界貿(mào)易組織（WTO）的界定，服務(wù)貿(mào)易（trade in services）有12大領(lǐng)域，包括商業(yè)服務(wù)（business services）、通訊服務(wù)（communication services）、建筑及相關(guān)工程服務(wù)（construction and related services）、金融服務(wù)（financial services）、旅游及旅行相關(guān)服務(wù)（tourism and related services）、娛樂(lè)文化與體育服務(wù)（entertainment, culture and sports services）、運(yùn)輸服務(wù)(transport services )、健康與社會(huì)服務(wù)（health and social services）、教育服務(wù)（educational services）、分銷(xiāo)服務(wù)（distribution services）、環(huán)境服務(wù)（environmental services）及其他服務(wù)。

中國(guó)國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)（China International Fair for Trade in Services，CIFTIS）的前身是“京交會(huì)”（China (Beijing) International Fair for Trade in Services/Beijing Fair），自2012年首屆舉辦以來(lái)已8年。作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的龍頭展會(huì)，服貿(mào)會(huì)同廣交會(huì)、進(jìn)博會(huì)一起成為中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的三大展會(huì)。

為了讓受疫情影響無(wú)法到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的嘉賓也能參加會(huì)議，同時(shí)擴(kuò)大會(huì)議影響力，服貿(mào)會(huì)采取線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下結(jié)合的方式。

As of Aug 30, over 2,000 firms had signed up as offline exhibitors, while more than 4,000 companies will showcase their products and services online.

截至8月30日，參加服貿(mào)會(huì)線(xiàn)下展會(huì)的企業(yè)有2000余家，線(xiàn)上參展4000余家。

Overseas exhibitors and guests will mainly attend the fair through online platforms to forestall risks brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Activities focusing on the twelve major areas of trade in services were held, covering 20 themes such as winter sports, cultural services, financial services, 5G communication services, education services, sports services, service robots, public health and epidemic prevention, e-commerce, environmental services, technical services, construction services, transportation services, tourism services, design services, exhibition services, intellectual property rights, and traditional Chinese medicine services.

2020年服貿(mào)會(huì)聚焦服務(wù)貿(mào)易12大領(lǐng)域，以冬季運(yùn)動(dòng)、文化服務(wù)、金融服務(wù)、5G通信服務(wù)、教育服務(wù)、體育服務(wù)、服務(wù)機(jī)器人、公共衛(wèi)生防疫、電子商務(wù)、環(huán)境服務(wù)、技術(shù)服務(wù)、建筑服務(wù)、運(yùn)輸服務(wù)、旅游服務(wù)、設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)、展會(huì)服務(wù)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、中醫(yī)服務(wù)等20個(gè)專(zhuān)題為核心舉辦活動(dòng)。
