世界衛(wèi)生組織總干事譚德塞近日表示，世衛(wèi)組織一個(gè)小組正在中國(guó)與中國(guó)科興公司和中國(guó)國(guó)藥集團(tuán)開展合作，評(píng)估其生產(chǎn)的新冠疫苗。

"I'm pleased that a WHO team is in China currently working with producers of the Sinovac and Sinopharm vaccines to assess compliance with international quality manufacturing practices ahead of potential emergency use listing by WHO," Tedros said.

世衛(wèi)組織的緊急使用清單程序（WHO Emergency Use Listing Procedure）主要是對(duì)未經(jīng)認(rèn)證的疫苗（unlicensed vaccines）、治療方法（therapeutics）以及體外診斷（in vitro diagnostics）的評(píng)估及收錄，最終的目的是盡快將這些產(chǎn)品提供給受到突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件影響的人們（expedite the availability of these products to people affected by a public health emergency）。

He noted that WHO continues to ask vaccine manufacturers from around the world to move swiftly to provide necessary data that will allow the organization to consider them for emergency use listings.
譚德塞呼吁全球疫苗生產(chǎn)商提供必要數(shù)據(jù)，以便世衛(wèi)組織在審核后將相關(guān)疫苗列入緊急使用清單。

"While we are hopeful about the safe and effective vaccines that are being rolled out, we want to see this sped up and vaccines allocated equitably in the coming weeks," Tedros said.

2020年10月8日，中國(guó)同全球疫苗免疫聯(lián)盟簽署協(xié)議，正式加入“新冠肺炎疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃（COVAX）”。這是中國(guó)秉持人類衛(wèi)生健康共同體理念（uphold the concept of a shared community of health for all）、履行自身承諾推動(dòng)疫苗成為全球公共產(chǎn)品（turn COVID-19 vaccines into a global public good）的一個(gè)重要舉措。

“新冠肺炎疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃”由世界衛(wèi)生組織和全球疫苗免疫聯(lián)盟、流行病防范創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟共同牽頭成立，擬于2021年底前向全球提供20億劑新冠肺炎疫苗（the initial aim is to have 2 billion doses available by the end of 2021），供應(yīng)給“自費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體（higher-income self-financing countries）”和“受資助經(jīng)濟(jì)體（lower-income funded nations）”。包括我國(guó)在內(nèi)的“自費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體”需向該計(jì)劃承諾為本經(jīng)濟(jì)體一定比例人口購(gòu)買疫苗并繳納預(yù)付款，而“受資助經(jīng)濟(jì)體”無須繳納預(yù)付款，同時(shí)享受該計(jì)劃補(bǔ)貼。

國(guó)產(chǎn)疫苗開始接種

More than 9 million doses of homegrown coronavirus vaccine have been administered in China, the National Health Commission said on Saturday.
國(guó)家衛(wèi)健委1月9日表示，我國(guó)已累計(jì)開展新冠病毒疫苗接種900多萬劑次。

A number of countries, including Egypt, the UAE, Jordan and Indonesia, have authorized the COVID-19 vaccines produced by China for emergency use. And many more countries, including Brazil, Chile, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Nigeria, have ordered Chinese vaccines or are cooperating with China in procuring or rolling out the vaccines.
埃及、阿聯(lián)酋、約旦以及印度尼西亞等國(guó)已經(jīng)授權(quán)中國(guó)新冠疫苗在本國(guó)緊急使用。巴西、智利、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國(guó)以及尼日利亞等國(guó)已經(jīng)訂購(gòu)中國(guó)疫苗，或正在與中國(guó)就疫苗采購(gòu)或推出進(jìn)行合作。
