4月22日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布《關(guān)于建立健全職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)門診共濟(jì)保障機(jī)制的指導(dǎo)意見》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》）。

Under the guideline, immediate family members, including spouses, parents and children, will also be able to use the personal medical insurance accounts of insured employees for medical bills at designated institutions.
《意見》指出，職工個(gè)人醫(yī)保賬戶可以用于支付參保人員配偶、父母、子女在定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就醫(yī)發(fā)生的由個(gè)人負(fù)擔(dān)的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。

Immediate family (members)指“直系親屬”，通常包括一個(gè)人的配偶、父母、子女；所有直系親屬加上七大姑、八大姨、叔叔舅舅等旁系親屬組成的大家庭就是extended family；只有夫妻二人加子女的小家庭則是nuclear family。

Their expenses incurred when purchasing medical devices, medicines and medical consumables at designated pharmaceutical stores can also be covered, the guideline said.

The unified accounts should include all employees insured under the basic medical insurance system and enable them to reimburse at least 50 percent of the outpatient fees, the guideline noted.
意見提出，普通門診統(tǒng)籌覆蓋職工醫(yī)保全體參保人員，政策范圍內(nèi)支付比例從50%起步。
