兩辦印發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)行動(dòng)實(shí)施方案

China on Monday published an action plan on rural construction to improve people's livelihoods and facilitate the country's rural revitalization drive.
近日，為進(jìn)一步提升鄉(xiāng)村宜居宜業(yè)水平，中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)了《鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)行動(dòng)實(shí)施方案》。

By 2025, tangible progress should be made on rural construction, and continuous improvement should be seen in the rural living environment, according to the document jointly issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council General Office. In the meantime, China also expects positive progress on ensuring that every village and household has access to rural infrastructure, steady advancement in basic public services, and solid results on promoting cultural and ethical progress in rural areas.
鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)是實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的重要任務(wù)。方案明確，到2025年，鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)取得實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展，農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境持續(xù)改善，農(nóng)村公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施往村覆蓋、往戶延伸取得積極進(jìn)展，農(nóng)村基本公共服務(wù)水平穩(wěn)步提升，農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)顯著加強(qiáng)。

>China to establish new national parks
青藏高原等區(qū)域?qū)⑿略O(shè)一批國家公園

China will set up a new batch of national parks this year on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and in the basins of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River, said the National Forestry and Grassland Administration on Sunday.
5月22日來自國家林業(yè)和草原局的消息，今年我國將在青藏高原、黃河流域、長江流域等生態(tài)區(qū)位重要和生態(tài)功能良好的區(qū)域，新設(shè)立一批國家公園。

Through years of efforts, China has effectively protected 90 percent of typical terrestrial ecosystem types, and increased the wild populations of over 300 rare and endangered wild animals and plants, according to the administration.
國家林草局有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人說，近年來，我國系統(tǒng)實(shí)施瀕危物種拯救工程，有效保護(hù)了90%的典型陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)類型，300多種珍稀瀕危野生動(dòng)植物野外種群數(shù)量穩(wěn)中有升。

China will accelerate the development of a nature reserve system based around national parks, it said, adding that more than 80 percent of key state-protected wildlife species and their habitats will be under effective protection.
我國將加快構(gòu)建以國家公園為主體的自然保護(hù)地體系，80%以上的國家重點(diǎn)保護(hù)野生動(dòng)植物物種及其棲息地將得到有效保護(hù)。

>Software sector maintains double-digit revenue growth
前4月軟件業(yè)務(wù)保持兩位數(shù)增長

China's software and information technology sector sustained stable growth in the first four months of this year, with revenue amounting to 2.77 trillion yuan from software-related business, up 10.8 percent year-on-year, data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed on Monday.
5月23日，工信部公布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1-4月我國軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)（下稱“軟件業(yè)”）運(yùn)行態(tài)勢平穩(wěn)。從總體上看，1-4月我國軟件業(yè)務(wù)收入2.77萬億元，同比增長10.8%。

Companies in the sector raked in 278.5 billion yuan in combined profits, down 1.4 percent year-on-year, shrinking from the 3.9 percent decline registered in the first quarter.
1-4月份，軟件業(yè)利潤總額2785億元，同比下降1.4%，降幅較一季度收窄2.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

During the January-April period, China's software exports came in at $16 billion, up 3.6 percent year-on year.
1-4月份，軟件業(yè)務(wù)出口160億美元，同比增長3.6%。

>Monkeypox spread highly likely
世衛(wèi)組織發(fā)布猴痘疫情暴發(fā)預(yù)警

The World Health Organization said it expects to identify more cases of monkeypox as it expands surveillance in countries where the disease is not typically found. As of Saturday, 92 confirmed cases and 28 suspected cases of monkeypox had been reported from 12 member states where the virus is not endemic, the UN agency said.
世衛(wèi)組織表示，截至5月21日，全球已有12個(gè)國家和地區(qū)累計(jì)報(bào)告92例猴痘確診病例和28例疑似病例。隨著監(jiān)測范圍擴(kuò)大，世衛(wèi)組織預(yù)測，全球猴痘病例可能進(jìn)一步增加。

"Available information suggests that human-to-human transmission is occurring among people in close physical contact with cases who are symptomatic,", the agency said.

Symptoms of monkeypox are usually mild and include headache, aching muscles, and exhaustion.

The disease can also cause unsightly skin lesions that are susceptible to infection.
該疾病還可能導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重皮疹，并可能導(dǎo)致繼發(fā)性感染。
