近日，工業(yè)和信息化部會(huì)同公安部，公開(kāi)征求對(duì)《關(guān)于開(kāi)展智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車準(zhǔn)入和上路通行試點(diǎn)工作的通知（征求意見(jiàn)稿）》的意見(jiàn)?！锻ㄖ诽岢觯ㄟ^(guò)開(kāi)展試點(diǎn)工作，引導(dǎo)智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和車輛使用主體加強(qiáng)能力建設(shè)，在保障安全的前提下，促進(jìn)智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車產(chǎn)品的功能、性能提升和產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的迭代優(yōu)化。

A new draft guideline was unveiled on Wednesday to expand tests for autonomous driving vehicles in China, which analysts said will accelerate the healthy development of the industry and commercialization of related products and technologies.

11月2日，工信部會(huì)同公安部組織起草《關(guān)于開(kāi)展智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車準(zhǔn)入和上路通行試點(diǎn)工作的通知（征求意見(jiàn)稿）》。分析人士表示，這將加速產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)的商業(yè)化。

The guideline, jointly unveiled by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security, means that road tests for autonomous driving vehicles will be gradually carried out nationwide. Before the guideline, such work was usually promoted by local governments such as in Beijing and Shenzhen, Guangdong province, the experts added.

《通知》的頒布意味著自動(dòng)駕駛汽車的道路測(cè)試將逐步在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展。專家補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，此前，這項(xiàng)工作已在北京市和廣東省深圳市等地由地方政府逐步推進(jìn)實(shí)施。

The move is also the latest signal that policies for internet-connected vehicles are becoming increasingly transparent and open in China, as the country aims to establish a beachhead in the strategically important sector.

此舉也表明中國(guó)對(duì)智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車的政策正變得越來(lái)越透明和開(kāi)放，中國(guó)正試圖在這一具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義的領(lǐng)域搶占領(lǐng)先地位。

The guideline, which is soliciting public feedback until Dec 1, said the two ministries will select eligible vehicle manufacturers and internet-connected vehicles equipped with autonomous driving functionality that meet the conditions for mass production to carry out tests on selected public roads in pilot cities.

根據(jù)《通知》提出的試點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部將遴選符合條件的道路機(jī)動(dòng)車輛生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和具備量產(chǎn)條件的搭載自動(dòng)駕駛功能的智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車產(chǎn)品，開(kāi)展準(zhǔn)入試點(diǎn)。意見(jiàn)反饋截止日期為12月1日。

The autonomous driving function mentioned in the guideline refers to level 3 and level 4, which designate conditional autonomous driving and highly autonomous driving, respectively.

《通知》中智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車搭載的自動(dòng)駕駛功能，包括3級(jí)駕駛自動(dòng)化（有條件自動(dòng)駕駛）和4級(jí)駕駛自動(dòng)化（高度自動(dòng)駕駛）功能。
