中共二十大代表、中央黨校副校長(zhǎng)謝春濤近日在接受記者采訪時(shí)說(shuō)，黨章修正案通過(guò)以后，一定能夠全面地指導(dǎo)、規(guī)范黨的建設(shè)和黨的各項(xiàng)行為，一定會(huì)使中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨更好地成為全中國(guó)人民的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心，中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心。

The revised constitution of the Communist Party of China, should it be approved by the Party's national congress, will extensively strengthen the CPC's overall development and leadership, according to a Party scholar.

中央黨校（國(guó)家行政學(xué)院）副校（院）長(zhǎng)謝春濤表示，黨章修正案提請(qǐng)黨的二十大審議通過(guò)以后，一定能夠全面地指導(dǎo)、規(guī)范黨的建設(shè)和黨的各項(xiàng)行為，一定會(huì)使中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨更好地成為全中國(guó)人民的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心。

Xie Chuntao, vice-president of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, told reporters on Sunday morning at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing that the latest revision of the CPC Constitution took a lot of time and effort and was based on new situations and new experience.

中央黨校（國(guó)家行政學(xué)院）副校（院）長(zhǎng)謝春濤10月16日上午在北京人民大會(huì)堂告訴記者，這次黨章的修改花了很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，也花了很多力氣。這個(gè)黨章會(huì)根據(jù)新形勢(shì)、根據(jù)新的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)作出了一系列的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

It will also serve to better govern and regulate the Party's building efforts and activities and intensify its leading status, the scholar added.

謝春濤表示，黨章修正案通過(guò)以后，也一定能夠全面地指導(dǎo)、規(guī)范黨的建設(shè)和黨的各項(xiàng)行為，一定會(huì)使中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨更好地成為全中國(guó)人民的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心，中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心。

According to him, the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to updating the Party's constitution and the document would be revised at almost each CPC national congress.

謝春濤表示，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨非常重視黨章的制定和修改，幾乎每一屆黨代會(huì)都要對(duì)黨章進(jìn)行修改、完善。

The major theories, policies and regulations of the Party in each of its historic era have been incorporated in the constitution, Xie said.

中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨不同時(shí)期的重要理論、重大決策、重要制度規(guī)定會(huì)及時(shí)體現(xiàn)在黨的章程中。

He also said the Party used an unprecedented level of efforts in soliciting opinions during the making of the 19th CPC Central Committee's work report to the 20th congress.

他說(shuō)：“我參與過(guò)報(bào)告的征求意見(jiàn)工作，可以說(shuō)二十大報(bào)告的起草、征求意見(jiàn)、完善，中央的重視程度、所花的力氣、全黨的參與，這在我所了解到的其他國(guó)家的政黨是很少有的，甚至就是沒(méi)有的?！?/p>

"Once the report is approved by the congress, it will definitely lead and foster the country's future development and will better advance the nation's modernization," Xie said.

他認(rèn)為，中共二十大報(bào)告通過(guò)之后，一定會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展起著重要引領(lǐng)、推動(dòng)作用，一定能夠使中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化更穩(wěn)、更快、更好地推進(jìn)。
