>Cross-border e-commerce brings opportunities to inland China city
跨境電商助力中國(guó)內(nèi)陸城市外貿(mào)發(fā)展

Every day, Yan Xinhua sees off dozens of containers to the port of Tianjin, some 1,200 km away, where the goods are directly shipped to overseas markets.
閆新華每天都要將幾十個(gè)集裝箱發(fā)往1200公里外的天津港，在那里，貨物直接運(yùn)往海外市場(chǎng)。

The goods are cleared by customs authorities in Yinchuan, the capital of Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, and then loaded into containers entrusted to Yan's company by international shippers.
這些貨物由寧夏回族自治區(qū)銀川海關(guān)進(jìn)行清關(guān)，然后將貨物裝入由國(guó)際承運(yùn)人交托給閆新華公司的集裝箱中。

Located at the Yinchuan International Road and Rail Logistic Port on the outskirts of Yinchuan, Yan's company is benefitting from the recent export-oriented policy.
閆新華的公司位于銀川市郊的銀川國(guó)際公鐵物流港，近年來(lái)的發(fā)展得益于外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)政策。

"I started this direct logistics service to export Ningxia products to overseas markets less than two years ago and now send 3,000 containers each year," said the 40-year-old chairman of a logistics company.
這位40歲的物流公司董事長(zhǎng)表示：“大約兩年前，我開始了這項(xiàng)直達(dá)物流服務(wù)，將寧夏產(chǎn)品出口到海外市場(chǎng)，現(xiàn)在每年發(fā)送3000個(gè)集裝箱?！?/p>

The export-oriented policy is greatly pushing forward the overseas trade of Ningxia, which imported and exported 21.4 billion yuan ($3 billion) worth of goods from January to October this year, a 57.6 percent year-on-year increase, according to official statistics.
官方統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)政策極大地推動(dòng)了寧夏的對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展。今年1月至10月，寧夏外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值214億元，同比增長(zhǎng)57.6%。

According to statistics provided by Yinchuan Customs, among the exports, about 30 percent are those sold with bonded logistics and cross-border e-commerce.
銀川海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在出口產(chǎn)品中，約30%是通過(guò)保稅物流和跨境電商銷售的產(chǎn)品。

Located at a geographical backwater, Ningxia has wasted no time in catching up with the wave of development in the e-commerce industry by setting up a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zone, including five cross-border e-commerce industrial parks and a bonded zone cross-border e-commerce incubation base.
寧夏地處內(nèi)陸，通過(guò)設(shè)立跨境電子商務(wù)綜合試驗(yàn)區(qū)（包括五個(gè)跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園和一個(gè)保稅區(qū)跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地），緊抓電商行業(yè)發(fā)展浪潮。

With pro-export policies in customs clearance and taxes, e-commerce is playing a more important role in cross-border transactions, bringing more business opportunities.
隨著通關(guān)和稅收方面鼓勵(lì)出口政策的實(shí)施，電子商務(wù)在寧夏對(duì)外貿(mào)易中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用，帶來(lái)了更多商機(jī)。

"The bonded logistics system in Ningxia offers a 'one-stamp' clearance service with customs to send goods abroad through shipping and railway without any transit," said Yan.
閆新華說(shuō)：“寧夏的保稅物流系統(tǒng)提供了海關(guān)‘一章’清關(guān)服務(wù)，通過(guò)海運(yùn)和鐵路將貨物送往國(guó)外，無(wú)需任何中轉(zhuǎn)?！?/p>

The policy could help improve customs clearance efficiency, save half of the transport time and reduce 30 percent of transport costs, according to Yan.
她還表示，這一政策有助于提高通關(guān)效率，節(jié)省一半的運(yùn)輸時(shí)間，降低30%的運(yùn)輸成本。

Riding the cross-border e-commerce boom, the city currently has 475 enterprises engaging in the cross-border e-commerce business, which have registered over 40 brands in countries including the United States, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.
隨著跨境電商蓬勃發(fā)展，銀川市目前有475家企業(yè)從事跨境電商業(yè)務(wù)，在美國(guó)、日本和韓國(guó)等國(guó)家注冊(cè)了40多個(gè)品牌。

Their goods on sale range from furniture and auto parts to cosplay costumes, with the major markets in North and South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
這些企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)商品包括家具、汽車零部件、動(dòng)漫服裝等，主要市場(chǎng)在北美、南美、東南亞、中東和歐洲地區(qū)。

China has seen another year of bumper grain harvest despite the impact of extreme weather and COVID-19, official data showed on Monday.

The country's grain output totaled about 686.53 billion kg this year, up 0.5 percent or 3.68 billion kg, from 2021, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

This is the eighth consecutive year China has registered a grain harvest of over 650 billion kg.

The harvest this year was not easily achieved. The rainy autumn in north China last year had postponed the planting of winter wheat, while extreme hot weather hit many southern regions.
去年，我國(guó)有力克服北方罕見(jiàn)秋汛導(dǎo)致冬小麥晚播、和南方持續(xù)高溫干旱等不利因素影響，全年糧食實(shí)現(xiàn)增產(chǎn)豐收。

To galvanize farmers to grow grain, the central government continued to raise the minimum purchase price of wheat and rice, and maintained grain subsidy policies in 2022.
2022年，中央繼續(xù)提高小麥、稻谷最低收購(gòu)價(jià)，穩(wěn)定糧食補(bǔ)貼政策，提高農(nóng)民種糧積極性。

The central government also allocated emergency funds for agricultural production and water conservancy relief to help local governments.
