推動共建“一帶一路”經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷邁上新臺階

Following the approach of consultation and collaboration for shared benefits, China's practical cooperation in economy and trade with Belt and Road countries has grown in scope and quality over the past decade and achieved win-win results, said Guo Tingting, vice-minister of commerce.
商務(wù)部副部長郭婷婷表示，過去十年，中國堅持共商共建共享原則，與共建“一帶一路”國家加強經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域務(wù)實合作，規(guī)模穩(wěn)步擴大，質(zhì)量持續(xù)提升，攜手實現(xiàn)互利共贏。

"China's supersized?market has provided important development opportunities for countries involved in the BRI, and goods originating in these countries now account for nearly half of China's total imports," Guo said in an interview with Xinhua News Agency, emphasizing that more than 110 Belt and Road countries count China as an important trade partner.
郭婷婷在接受新華社采訪時表示，中國超大市場為共建國家提供了重要發(fā)展機遇，來自共建國家的商品在中國整體進(jìn)口中占比已經(jīng)接近一半。郭婷婷介紹，中國是110多個共建國家的主要貿(mào)易伙伴。

Data from the General Administration of Customs showed that China's imports and exports with Belt and Road countries increased from 6.46 trillion yuan ($885 billion) in 2013 to 13.76 trillion yuan last year.
中國海關(guān)總署數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2013年-2022年，中國與共建“一帶一路”國家進(jìn)出口總值從6.46萬億元增長至13.76萬億元。

Meanwhile, two-way investment between China and other countries involved in the BRI totaled more than $380 billion between 2013 and 2022, of which China's outward direct investment exceeded $240 billion, according to a white paper released by the State Council Information Office on Tuesday.
國新辦10日發(fā)布的《共建“一帶一路”：構(gòu)建人類命運共同體的重大實踐》白皮書顯示，2013年至2022年，中國與共建國家的累計雙向投資超過3800億美元，其中對共建國家的直接投資超過2400億美元。

According to a World Bank report, the BRI increased the trade of participating parties by 4.1 percent and attracted 5 percent more foreign investment.
另據(jù)世界銀行報告，共建“一帶一路”使參與方貿(mào)易增加4.1%，吸引外資增加5%。

By 2030, the BRI will generate $1.6 trillion in global revenue each year, accounting for 1.3 percent of global GDP.
世行測算，到2030年，共建“一帶一路”每年將為全球產(chǎn)生1.6萬億美元收益，占全球GDP的1.3%。

Going forward, China will better align with the policies, planning and industries of countries participating in the BRI in order to further enhance infrastructure connectivity, the vice-minister of commerce said, underlining that infrastructure construction is an important area of the initiative.
郭婷婷表示，今后，中國將加強戰(zhàn)略對接、規(guī)劃對接和產(chǎn)業(yè)對接，進(jìn)一步深化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目互聯(lián)互通。并強調(diào)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)是共建“一帶一路”的重要領(lǐng)域。

Over the past 10 years, China has signed contracts worth $2 trillion with Belt and Road countries and completed projects worth $1.3 trillion, covering a wide range of sectors including transportation, electricity, petrochemical, communication, water conservancy and wastewater treatment, Guo said.
郭婷婷介紹，十年來，中國在共建國家承包工程累計簽訂合同額2萬億美元，完成營業(yè)額1.3萬億美元。涉及交通運輸、電力工程、石油化工、通信工程、水利建設(shè)、廢水處理等諸多領(lǐng)域。

"Belt and Road countries have benefited from these cooperation projects in terms of improving infrastructure development, promoting connectivity, enhancing people's well-being and strengthening their ability to develop," she said.
郭婷婷說：“這些合作項目，助力共建國家完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，推動互聯(lián)互通，改善民生福祉，增強了共建國家的發(fā)展能力?！?/p>

> TV host Cheng Lei deported after serving sentence
成蕾，被驅(qū)逐出境！

China's State security agency said on Wednesday that it has deported Australian national Cheng Lei after she served a full sentence for illegally providing Chinese State security secrets abroad.
國家安全部周三（10月11日）發(fā)布消息，2023年10月11日，澳大利亞籍人員成蕾在服刑期滿后，被北京市國家安全局依法執(zhí)行驅(qū)逐出境。

Cheng, 48, was an employee of Beijing-based Chinese media platform China Global Television Network.
成蕾，女，1975年6月生，澳大利亞籍，原系境內(nèi)媒體聘用人員。

In May 2020, she was found to have been co-opted by an overseas institution, violated the confidentiality clause signed with her employer and illegally provided Chinese State secrets she had known from work to the overseas institution through her mobile phone, according to the news release.
消息稱，2020年5月，成蕾受某境外機構(gòu)人員攀拉，違反與聘用單位簽署的保密條款，非法將工作中掌握的國家秘密內(nèi)容通過手機提供給該境外機構(gòu)。

The security agency in Beijing detained Cheng in August 2020 for allegedly sharing Chinese secrets with another country and then Cheng pleaded guilty to her offense, it said.
北京市國家安全局經(jīng)立案偵查，于2020年8月對成蕾依法采取刑事強制措施。成蕾到案后，如實供述犯罪事實，自愿認(rèn)罪認(rèn)罰。

After a trial at the Beijing No 2 Intermediate People's Court, Cheng was sentenced to two years and 11 months for the crime of illegally supplying Chinese State secrets abroad, plus deportation.
北京市第二中級人民法院經(jīng)開庭審理，以為境外非法提供國家秘密罪判處成蕾有期徒刑二年十一個月，附加驅(qū)逐出境。

She did not appeal to a higher court, it said.
成蕾未提起上訴。

It added that Chinese judicial authorities solved the case in line with the law, with full guarantee of Cheng's legitimate rights during the process.
中國司法機關(guān)嚴(yán)格依法審理案件，充分保障了成蕾依法享有的各項權(quán)利。
