國家將從6方面促進(jìn)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展

China announced a series of concrete measures in six areas, to enhance the support for the private economy, following previous measures rolled out in 2023 that saw private enterprises register high trade and investment growth.
2023年，中國推出了一系列促進(jìn)民營企業(yè)貿(mào)易和投資增長的政策。2024年，中國宣布將從6方面采取更多舉措，繼續(xù)加大對民營經(jīng)濟(jì)支持力度。

Zheng Shanjie, head of the National Development and Reform Commission, China's top economic planner, said on Tuesday that more pragmatic measures will be taken in six areas. He made the statement at a conference on the private economy's high-quality development, held in Jinjiang, East China's Fujian province.
創(chuàng)新發(fā)展“晉江經(jīng)驗(yàn)”促進(jìn)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展大會2日在福建晉江召開，會上國家發(fā)展改革委主任鄭柵潔表示，國家將從6個方面采取更多務(wù)實(shí)舉措。

The six areas are as follows: accelerating the legislative process of the law on the promotion of the private economy; improving multi-level communications and exchanges and listening to the real voices of private enterprises; strengthening the analysis of the private economy's development; attracting more private capital to participate in major national engineering projects, such as railways and nuclear power, as well as in other areas covering energy, water facilities, and also ecological and environmental protection; and lastly promoting good practices and cases for mutual learning; and improving work mechanisms with a view to better serving the private economy's development.
鄭柵潔在會上介紹，要加快推進(jìn)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)法立法進(jìn)程；健全完善多層次常態(tài)化溝通交流機(jī)制，努力傾聽民企真實(shí)聲音；加強(qiáng)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢綜合分析；吸引更多民間資本參與鐵路、核電等國家重大工程項(xiàng)目以及能源、水利、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)等領(lǐng)域；總結(jié)推廣典型做法和優(yōu)秀案例；建立完善工作機(jī)制，形成服務(wù)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大合力。

A series of policies to promote the development of the private economy was introduced in 2023.
2023年，圍繞促進(jìn)民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展壯大的系列政策陸續(xù)出臺。

"With the implementation of these policies and measures, the development of the private economy has shown a general trend of steady progress and steady improvement," Zheng said.
鄭柵潔介紹，隨著一系列政策舉措落地實(shí)施，民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展總體上呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)、穩(wěn)中向好的基本態(tài)勢。

Government data shows that from January to November 2023, the imports and exports of private enterprises increased by 6.1 percent year-on-year.
官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2023年1月至11月，民營企業(yè)進(jìn)出口同比增長6.1%。

Excluding investment in the real-estate sector, private investment increased by 9.1 percent year-on-year during the same period.
扣除房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)投資，2023年1月至11月民間投資同比增長9.1%。
