China's development model sets an example of rapid modernization and growth, Selcuk Colakoglu, director of the Ankara-based Turkish Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, has said.
總部位于安卡拉的土耳其亞太研究中心主任塞爾丘克·喬拉克奧盧指出，中國發(fā)展模式為其他國家快速實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)樹立了榜樣。

In a recent interview with Xinhua, Colakoglu highlighted that over the last four decades, China has undergone significant development and transformation.
近日在接受新華社記者的采訪時(shí)，喬拉克奧盧指出，中國在過去四十年經(jīng)歷了重大發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型。

"Particularly in the last decade, China has strategically prioritized innovative strategies, emphasizing the development of high-tech industries, value-added production units and environmentally friendly production practices," he said.
他說：“特別是在過去這十年，中國堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，重點(diǎn)發(fā)展高附加值、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，推廣環(huán)境友好型生產(chǎn)方式?！?/p>

"In that regard, the Chinese development model is another successful example of best practices for rapid modernization," Colakoglu said.

China has become one of the world's leading economies, and its development experience bears great importance, he said. "This strategic shift is crucial not only for China's economic transformation but also for global economic development."

China's development strategies serve as exemplary practices for other developing countries seeking to achieve similar progress, he added.
他指出，中國的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為尋求取得同樣進(jìn)展的其他發(fā)展中國家樹立了榜樣。

"China's commitment to advancing high-tech industries and implementing innovative strategies signifies its progression towards a more mature development trajectory," Colakoglu said.

He noted that China has recently developed a guideline to support six key future industries including manufacturing, information, materials, energy, space and health.
他注意到，中國政府最近出臺(tái)了關(guān)于推動(dòng)未來產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的實(shí)施意見，提出重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)未來制造、未來信息、未來材料、未來能源、未來空間和未來健康六大方向產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

As a best practice of this strategy, Chinese electric vehicle producers have taken on a leadership role in the global market for production and technological innovations, he said, voicing his confidence that there will be a surge in environmentally friendly development driven by the high-tech industry in China.
喬拉克奧盧說，中國的電動(dòng)汽車制造商就是這一戰(zhàn)略最好的踐行者，中國電動(dòng)汽車在產(chǎn)量和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面已經(jīng)領(lǐng)先全球市場(chǎng)。喬拉克奧盧表示，他相信中國的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)將大力推動(dòng)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。

Noting that China is at the center of global supply chains and makes the world economy more vibrant, Colakoglu said that decoupling China from the global supply chains for political reasons will create unpredicted troubles for global economy and pose challenges to the global system in general.
喬拉克奧盧指出，中國在全球供應(yīng)鏈中占據(jù)核心位置，為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)注入了更多活力。如果出于政治原因讓中國與全球供應(yīng)鏈脫鉤，將會(huì)給世界經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來意想不到的麻煩，并對(duì)全球體系構(gòu)成挑戰(zhàn)。

He noted that, amid a sluggish global economic recovery, Asian countries are experiencing an economic upturn, engaging more actively in the global economy, trade and production activities.
他指出，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力的形勢(shì)下，亞洲各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)卻在復(fù)蘇向好，更積極地參與到全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易、生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中來。

"Not only China but also other countries, including Southeast Asian and other East Asian nations, have a very successful developmental path, with growth rates surpassing the global average, mostly ranging between 5-10 percent," he said.
他說：“不僅是中國，還有東南亞國家和其他東亞國家等，都走上了非常成功的發(fā)展道路，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率超過了全球平均水平，基本都能達(dá)到5%到10%?！?/p>

The dynamic and robust development of Asian economies has significantly brightened global economic landscape, bolstering growth and international trade, he added.
他表示，亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)體的蓬勃發(fā)展讓世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局大為好轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和國際貿(mào)易都起到了推動(dòng)作用。
