“脆皮青年”的自救：年輕人開始中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生

A decade ago, when asked about popular pastimes, many people would say going to KTV or amusement parks. However, young people now spend their free time at health clubs, or getting tuina, or even a foot massage to experience traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practices, such as acupuncture and moxibustion.
要說十年前流行的娛樂活動，很多人會提到KTV或游樂園?，F(xiàn)在有很多年輕人喜歡在休息時間去“養(yǎng)生館”，體驗推拿、足底按摩、針灸、艾灸等傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)療法。

A 2023 survey conducted by China Youth Daily, involving 1,000 respondents in China, revealed that 93.3 percent of them had tried various TCM diagnostic and treatment methods.
根據(jù)中國青年報2023年對1000名中國受訪者進行的一項調查顯示，93.3%的受訪者嘗試過各種中醫(yī)診斷和治療方法。

“Many young people in their 20s come to me for neck and back pains, as well as dry eye syndrome, all of which are usually associated with the elderly,” said Ma Huifang, a professor at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, who is also a TCM doctor. “I have witnessed such diseases becoming more common among a younger age group due to unhealthy lifestyles and increased pressure.”
“很多20多歲的年輕人來找我治療頸椎、背部疼痛以及干眼癥，這些通常是老年人多發(fā)的癥狀。”北京中醫(yī)藥大學教授、中醫(yī)師馬醫(yī)生說。“由于不健康的生活方式和壓力的增加，一些以往在老年人群中多發(fā)的疾病已經(jīng)越來越多地常見于青年人群。”

When faced with the choice between Western medicine and TCM, young people often prefer TCM therapies “due to its efficacy” for these diseases, according to Ma. The impact of TCM on young people’s lives is noteworthy, with many not only incorporating TCM practices into their daily lives, but also learning TCM skills to treat themselves and others.
馬醫(yī)生說，相較于西醫(yī)，年輕人往往更喜歡中醫(yī)療法，“因為它對這些疾病有功效”。中醫(yī)對年輕人生活方式的影響值得關注，許多年輕人不僅將中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生思路融入日常生活，還用學到的知識幫助他人。

Adapted from My Altay, a collection of prose by Li Juan, the drama tells the story of Li Wenxiu, a young woman who returned to her hometown of Altay to live with her mother after failing in her dream of becoming a writer and having setbacks at work. She then found the meaning of life and her love in Altay.
該劇改編自李娟的同名散文集，講述了少女李文秀在城市中工作受挫、追逐文學夢想碰壁后回到家鄉(xiāng)與母親一起生活的故事。在阿勒泰生活期間，李文秀找到內心所愛。

The travel portal Qunar said that from May 7 — the day the TV show began its commercial airing - flight ticket bookings to Altay rose 20 percent compared with the same period in the previous month, and hotel bookings doubled during the period on its platform.
去哪兒網(wǎng)站顯示，自5月7日電視劇播出以來，前往阿勒泰的機票預訂量比上月同期增長了20%，其平臺上的酒店預訂量在此期間翻了一番。

"The best travel season to Altay is usually from August to October, but its peak season will arrive earlier this year, around June, thanks to the impact of this trendy show," said Huang Minghu, travel portal Tuniu's director for tour products in Xinjiang. He said that Altay enjoys great advantages in developing tourism, including its breathtaking grassland and lake views, and original and well-preserved villages. The place is also a popular skiing destination in winter.
途牛新疆產品負責人黃明虎在接受采訪時表示，阿勒泰的最佳旅游季節(jié)一般是8到10月，今年受電視劇熱播效應影響，熱度會提前到6月。他說，阿勒泰地區(qū)在發(fā)展旅游業(yè)方面優(yōu)勢很大，那里有壯美的草原和湖泊景色，以及原生態(tài)的小村落，冬季這里還是滑雪勝地。

By the end of 2023, China's more than 7,800 institutions capable of providing integrated medical and elderly care services had 2 million beds in these facilities, according to the National Health Commission on May 16.
