In order to cater to passengers' needs and improve the travel experience, 20 more bullet trains will offer a "quiet carriage" service from June 20, expanding the service to 92 bullet trains, the national railway operator China State Railway Group said on Thursday.
“中國鐵路”6日發(fā)布一則消息稱，為了更好地滿足廣大旅客對美好旅行生活的需求，自6月20日起，鐵路部門提供“靜音車廂”服務(wù)的動車組列車新增20列，拓展至92列動車組列車。

The railway sector initiated the "quiet carriage" service pilot on the Beijing-Shanghai and Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail routes in December 2020. This service gradually expanded to include the Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhengzhou-Chongqing, Beijing-Harbin, Shanghai-Kunming, and Xi'an-Chengdu high-speed railways, receiving high praise from many passengers.
為營造文明有序、溫馨舒適的旅行環(huán)境，鐵路部門自2020年12月起在京滬、成渝高鐵試點(diǎn)“靜音車廂”服務(wù)，逐步擴(kuò)展至京廣、鄭渝、京哈、滬昆、西成高鐵，深受廣大旅客青睞。

In order to enhance the quality of high-speed rail operations and optimize the passenger travel experience, 20 additional Fuxing bullet trains will soon offer this service on high-speed rail lines such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Shanghai-Kunming, and Guiyang-Nanning. This includes four high-speed rail trains operating between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
為進(jìn)一步提升高鐵運(yùn)營服務(wù)品質(zhì)，優(yōu)化旅客出行體驗(yàn)，鐵路部門統(tǒng)籌運(yùn)用動車組資源，持續(xù)拓展“靜音車廂”服務(wù)覆蓋范圍，在京廣、滬昆、貴南等高鐵線路上新增20列復(fù)興號動車組列車提供這一服務(wù)，包括4列內(nèi)地與香港間開行的跨境高鐵列車，更多旅客將體驗(yàn)“靜音車廂”服務(wù)。

Passengers who select the "quiet carriage" are expected to abide by the agreement to stay quiet. This entails maintaining silence within the carriage, using headphones while on electronic devices or turning off sound, setting phones to silent or vibrate mode, supervising accompanying children, and avoiding noise disturbances. Passengers are discouraged to raise their voice to talk to each other or make phone calls in the carriage.
自主選擇購買“靜音車廂”的乘客需遵守“靜音”約定，包括在車廂內(nèi)保持安靜，使用各類電子設(shè)備時(shí)須佩戴耳機(jī)或關(guān)閉音源外放功能，將手機(jī)調(diào)至靜音或振動，照看好隨行兒童，避免噪音干擾，不鼓勵乘客在車廂內(nèi)高升交談或打定話。
