文化和旅游部等九部門日前聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關于推進旅游公共服務高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指導意見》（以下簡稱“指導意見”）。指導意見提出，利用3到5年時間，基本建成結(jié)構(gòu)完備、標準健全、運行順暢、優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的旅游公共服務體系。

The next three to five years will see China basically establish an efficient tourism public service system featuring a complete structure, sound standards, smooth operation, and high quality, according to a guideline jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and eight other departments on improving tourism public services.

《關于推進旅游公共服務高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指導意見》提出，利用3到5年時間，基本建成結(jié)構(gòu)完備、標準健全、運行順暢、優(yōu)質(zhì)高效，與旅游業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展相匹配的旅游公共服務體系，旅游公共服務有效供給明顯擴大，服務效能明顯提升，對薄弱領域、高峰時段和特殊人群的服務保障能力明顯增強，人民群眾對旅游公共服務的滿意度明顯提高。

指導意見明確，優(yōu)化線下旅游服務中心布局，加強線上旅游公共信息服務，加強旅游公共信息服務資源整合；加強旅游交通基礎設施建設，提升旅游交通公共服務設施建設和管理水平，優(yōu)化旅游交通運輸服務；加強旅游應急救援機制建設，優(yōu)化旅游應急救援設施設備布局，增強旅游應急救援的社會參與；開展形式多樣的旅游惠民便民活動，推動旅游惠民便民設施建設改造，提升入境旅游公共服務水平；促進文化和旅游公共服務設施功能融合，豐富旅游場所公共文化服務內(nèi)容，增強公共文化場所旅游吸引力。

On the new journey of the new era, tourism development is facing new opportunities and challenges. To improve the modern tourism industry and speed up building China into a leading tourism nation, it is a must, under the guidance of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to fully and faithfully implement the new development philosophy on all fronts, uphold fundamental principles and break new ground, enhance quality and efficiency, pursue integrated development, and coordinate the government and the market, supply and demand, protection and development, domestic and international markets as well as development and security. Only in this way will tourism better contribute to meeting people's growing needs for a better life, economic development, the building of a spiritual home, the showcasing of China's image, and mutual learning among civilizations.
