沿海“海平面上升”

國家海洋局近日發(fā)布的2007年《中國海平面公報(bào)》顯示，近30年中國沿海海平面上升顯著，如果不采取手段，勢必會對沿海城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和公眾生產(chǎn)生活產(chǎn)生重要影響。那么，“海平面上升”怎么表達(dá)呢？
In the past 30 years, the country's overall sea level has risen 90 mm with the average offshore surface temperature going up by 0.9C, said State Oceanic Administration (SOA) spokesman Li Haiqing.
Shanghai has seen the sea level rise 115 mm, while Tianjin has seen the level rise as much as 196 mm.
據(jù)國家海洋局新聞發(fā)言人李海清介紹，近30年來，我國海溫上升0.9℃，沿海海平面總體上升了90毫米。其中，天津沿岸上升最快為196毫米，上海次之為115毫米。
這里，海平面為“sea level”，海平面上升表達(dá)為“sea level rises”；與之相關(guān)的詞匯有
海溫“offshore surface temperature”，海平面下降“surface subsidence”，毫無節(jié)制的開采地下水“indiscriminate exploitation of groundwater resources”。
