7月15日，出席第六次金磚國(guó)家峰會(huì)的“金磚五國(guó)”領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共同簽署協(xié)議，同意成立初始資金500億美元的“新發(fā)展銀行”，旨在致力于為金磚國(guó)家和其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家的基建和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供資源支持。該銀行總部設(shè)在上海，首任主席在印度產(chǎn)生。

The New Development Bank, to be headquartered in Shanghai, will have an initial authorized capital of 100 billion US dollars, and its initial subscribed capital of 50 billion dollars will be equally shared among founding members, according to the Fortaleza Declaration.
《福塔雷薩宣言》指出，總部設(shè)在上海的新發(fā)展銀行初期注冊(cè)資本將達(dá)到1000億美元，而初期的500億美元認(rèn)繳資本將由5個(gè)創(chuàng)始成員國(guó)平均分?jǐn)偂?/p>
此次成立金磚國(guó)家新發(fā)展銀行（New Development Bank，NDB）并設(shè)立應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備基金（contingent reserve arrangement，CRA）是2013年《德班宣言》中相關(guān)協(xié)議的“落地”?！靶掳l(fā)展銀行”將為金磚國(guó)家和其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家的基建和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供資源支持（financing infrastructure projects and sustainable development）；應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備基金則用以防范各國(guó)短期資金流動(dòng)壓力（forestall short-term liquidity pressures），加強(qiáng)全球金融穩(wěn)定（strengthen global financial stability），并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的國(guó)際應(yīng)急機(jī)制形成補(bǔ)充（complement existing international arrangements）。
上文中提高的authorized capital指公司在注冊(cè)時(shí)上報(bào)的資金總額，即“注冊(cè)資本”，subscribed capital則是注冊(cè)資本中已經(jīng)由持股人認(rèn)繳的資金，即“認(rèn)繳資本”。
