 安居工程 Comfortable Housing Project

A program by the government to offer urban low-income resident housing, following the abolition of the previous welfare-oriented distribution of public housing to government and State-owned enterprise employees.
在廢除原先面向政府及國有企業(yè)員工的福利分房政策后，政府針對城市低收入家庭提出的住房政策。
Originally implemented in 1995, it was a major national measure to coordinate and help push forward housing reform. Supported by a special State fund and by local government coffers, the project is mainly aimed at covering impoverished urban households with a per capita housing area less than 4 sqm. Qualified candidates are eligible to pay a price far lower than market rates.
該政策最初于1995年開始實施，是國家調(diào)整并幫助推動住房改革的重要舉措。安居工程由國家安排的專項資金和地方自籌資金共同扶持，主要面向廣大中低收入家庭，特別是對人均居住面積在4平方米以下的特困戶。符合條件的家庭可以遠低于市場價的價格購得安居房屋。
