 基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn) basic medical insurance

全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、衛(wèi)生部部長(zhǎng)陳竺3月3日透露，醫(yī)改方案最終將在“兩會(huì)”后公布，公立醫(yī)院改革的國(guó)家試點(diǎn)，會(huì)選擇在一些比較典型的中等城市進(jìn)行。醫(yī)院將逐步取消藥品加成并設(shè)立相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)償機(jī)制。

The package lists public health, rural areas, urban community services and basic medical insurance as the four key areas for government investment. "We will improve medical insurance systems and services to ensure both equality and efficiency when it comes to healthcare," the minister said.
醫(yī)改方案將公共衛(wèi)生、農(nóng)村、城市社區(qū)醫(yī)療服務(wù)和基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)列為政府投資的四大主要區(qū)域。衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)（陳竺）說：“我們將推進(jìn)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)體制改革，改善醫(yī)療服務(wù)，確保醫(yī)療制度公平有效?！?/p>
在上面的報(bào)道中，basic medical insurance就是我們平時(shí)常說的“基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)”?！皟蓵?huì)”后，將公布新的healthcare reform package（醫(yī)改方案），to expand its medical insurance to cover all citizens and upgrade services（將醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)覆蓋范圍擴(kuò)大至所有城鎮(zhèn)居民并提升醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平），同時(shí)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)basic medicine system（基本醫(yī)療體制）建設(shè)。
除“保險(xiǎn)”外，insurance還可以指“保費(fèi)、安全保障”。Jim剛剛加入an insurance company（一家保險(xiǎn)公司）工作就接待了他的第一個(gè)客戶，his insurance is US$300 a year.（他的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)是每年三百美元）。但由于飲食不規(guī)律他生病了，醫(yī)生告訴他A balanced diet is an insurance against malnutrition.（均衡的食譜是防止?fàn)I養(yǎng)不良的保證）。
