當(dāng)?shù)貢r間11月18日，國家主席習(xí)近平在菲律賓馬尼拉出席亞太經(jīng)合組織工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會并發(fā)表題為《發(fā)揮亞太引領(lǐng)作用應(yīng)對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)挑戰(zhàn)》的主旨演講。

此次習(xí)主席就亞太地區(qū)及中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)表重要意見。在學(xué)習(xí)“大大”的講話前，我們先瀏覽本次演講的要點(diǎn)及一些特色詞匯的英文說法：

[談亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展]

區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化
我們要加快亞太自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)，推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。
We should speed up the construction of the Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific (FTAAP) and promote regional economic integration.

經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革
要解決世界經(jīng)濟(jì)深層次問題，單純靠貨幣刺激政策是不夠的，必須下決心在推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革方面作更大努力，使供給體系更適應(yīng)需求結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。
To address the deep-seated problems in the world economy, monetary stimulus policies alone are not enough. We must commit ourselves to even greater efforts to advance economic structural reforms so that the supply and demand system will be better adapted to the changing structure of demand.

政策平臺和孵化器功能
要發(fā)揮亞太經(jīng)合組織的政策平臺和孵化器功能，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)、城鎮(zhèn)化等領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)合作，增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力。
We need to leverage APEC's role as a policy platform and an incubator to strengthen cooperation in such areas as Internet economy, blue economy, green economy and urbanization, with a view to improving the region's capacity for independent innovation.

增強(qiáng)開放性和包容性
要平等參與、充分協(xié)商，最大程度增強(qiáng)自由貿(mào)易安排的開放性和包容性，提高亞太開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、維護(hù)多邊貿(mào)易體制。
We need to encourage equal-footed participation and extensive consultation, and make free trade arrangements open and inclusive to the extent possible with a view to enhancing economic openness in our region and upholding the multilateral trading regime.

互聯(lián)互通
互聯(lián)互通的根本目的，是使亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)血脈更加通暢，從而擴(kuò)大經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/> Connectivity will make the Asia-Pacific economy more vibrant, which will in turn increase potential in economic and social development.

反對保護(hù)主義，促進(jìn)公平競爭
要致力于合作共贏，反對保護(hù)主義，促進(jìn)公平競爭。
We need to devote ourselves to win-win cooperation, resist protectionism and facilitate fair competition.

命運(yùn)共同體
要堅持合作共贏理念和命運(yùn)共同體意識，在競爭中合作，在合作中實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展。
We must adhere to the concept of win-win cooperation and community of shared future, cooperating while competing, and achieving common development through cooperation.

多元發(fā)展
要堅持多元發(fā)展，尊重彼此根據(jù)自身實(shí)際選擇的發(fā)展道路，通過對話協(xié)商的方式解決分歧。
We must recognize diversity in development path, respect each other's development paths chosen in line with their respective conditions and resolve differences through dialogue and consultation.

合作的橋梁、友好的紐帶、共同的家園
我相信，寬闊的太平洋將成為亞太合作的橋梁、友好的紐帶、共同的家園。
I'm confident that the vast Pacific Ocean will become a bridge of cooperation, a bond of friendship and a common home for people across the Asia-Pacific region.

[對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)充滿信心]

加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控，推動改革
今年，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長放緩的背景下，中國積極應(yīng)對各種困難和挑戰(zhàn)，加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控，有力推動改革。
With global growth slowing down, China is working vigorously to overcome difficulties and meet challenges by strengthening macro regulation and effectively advancing reforms.

經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行在“合理區(qū)間”
目前經(jīng)濟(jì)仍然運(yùn)行在合理區(qū)間，保持平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。今年前三季度，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長6.9%，對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到30%左右。
The overall economy has operated within the reasonable range and maintained steady and fairly rapid growth, achieving a growth rate of 6.9 percent in the first three quarters this year and contributing about 30 percent to global economic growth.

中國經(jīng)濟(jì)形式4個“沒有變”
總的看，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展長期向好的基本面沒有變，經(jīng)濟(jì)韌性好、潛力足、回旋余地大的基本特征沒有變，經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長的良好支撐基礎(chǔ)和條件沒有變，經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整優(yōu)化的前進(jìn)態(tài)勢沒有變。
In general, China’s positive economic fundamentals and long-term trajectory remain unchanged. What also remain unchanged are the basic fact that China economic has strong resilient, great potential, and ample room for maneuver. The strong support and conditions favorable for continued growth has not changed. And the forward movements of the country’s economic restructuring and upgrading have not changed.

經(jīng)歷“改革陣痛”
中國經(jīng)濟(jì)仍然面臨復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外環(huán)境和較大的下行壓力，正經(jīng)歷著改革陣痛，機(jī)遇前所未有，挑戰(zhàn)也前所未有。
The Chinese economy is still coping with a complicated internal and external environment, considerable downward pressure and the temporary pains of deep reforms. The opportunities are unprecedented and the challenges are unprecedented.

“十三五”規(guī)劃
我們將加快改革創(chuàng)新，加快轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)，著力解決發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的難題，培育發(fā)展新動力，打造發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)造發(fā)展新機(jī)遇。
We will step up reform and innovation, accelerate the shift of growth model and economic restructuring, earnestly address the difficult issues in development, cultivate new drivers and new edges for development, and create more fresh opportunities for development.

外資政策3個“不會變”
我愿重申，中國利用外資的政策不會變，對外商投資企業(yè)合法權(quán)益的保護(hù)不會變，為各國企業(yè)在華投資興業(yè)提供更好服務(wù)的方向不會變。中國開放的大門永遠(yuǎn)不會關(guān)上！
Here I would like to reiterate that China's policy on welcoming foreign investment will not change, nor will its protection of the legitimate rights and interests of foreign invested companies, or its commitment to provide better services for them. China will always keep its door to the outside world open.

An ancient Chinese philosopher remarks that the key to running a country is to make its people better-off. The ultimate aim of development is to serve the people by bringing more and more fruits of development to all our people.

道雖邇，不行不至；事雖小，不為不成。
“道雖邇，不行不至；事雖小，不為不成?！比魏嗡{(lán)圖都不會自動變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo)，需要亞太各成員攜手并肩、共同努力。
Even the shortest journey can't be finished without taking the first step. Even the most trivial task can't be completed without taking action. No blueprint will just automatically come true. When it comes to realizing the goal we set, all APEC members need to work hand in hand.
