　　“國強(qiáng)必霸”并非繞不開的歷史定律，“弱肉強(qiáng)食”不是人類共存之道，“你輸我贏”的零和游戲終將玩不轉(zhuǎn)。

　　It is increasingly obvious that the idea that "all strong countries will seek hegemony", the obsession with superior strength, and the zero-sum mentality are in conflict with the needs of our times.

　　構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體，不是以一種制度代替另一種制度，不是以一種文明代替另一種文明，而是不同社會(huì)制度、不同意識形態(tài)、不同歷史文化、不同發(fā)展水平的國家在國際事務(wù)中利益共生、權(quán)利共享、責(zé)任共擔(dān)。

　　To build a global community of shared future is to pursue openness, inclusiveness, mutual benefit, equity and justice. The goal is not to replace one system or civilization with another. Instead, it is about countries with different social systems, ideologies, histories, cultures and levels of development coming together to promote shared interests, shared rights, and shared responsibilities in global affairs.

　　人類命運(yùn)共同體理念超越了集團(tuán)政治的“小圈子”規(guī)則，超越了實(shí)力至上的邏輯，超越了少數(shù)西方國家定義的“普世價(jià)值”。

　　Such a vision rises above the exclusive rules of bloc politics, the notion of might makes right, and the "universal values" defined by a handful of Western countries.

　　從“本國優(yōu)先”的角度看，世界是狹小擁擠的，時(shí)時(shí)都是“激烈競爭”；從命運(yùn)與共的角度看，世界是寬廣博大的，處處都有合作機(jī)遇。

　　Viewed from a "country-first" perspective, the world is small and crowded, and locked in "fierce competition"; viewed from the perspective of a shared future, the world is vast, and full of opportunities for cooperation.

　　We should build an open and inclusive world through exchanges and mutual learning. It means bidding farewell to the mindset that one civilization is superior to another and starting to appreciate the strengths of other civilizations.

　　We should make our world clean and beautiful by pursuing green and low-carbon development. It means bidding farewell to the destructive exploitation of resources and preserving and enjoying the lush mountains and lucid waters.

　　人類歷史上由于執(zhí)迷強(qiáng)國爭霸導(dǎo)致戰(zhàn)爭頻仍、生靈涂炭，教訓(xùn)慘痛而深刻，要從思想上拔除這些誘發(fā)戰(zhàn)爭的引信。

　　Throughout human history, obsession with power and hegemony has led to frequent wars and loss of lives. The lessons are painful and profound, and we need to remove the fuses of war from our minds.

　　開放應(yīng)是雙向奔赴，不能是單行道,不能一邊要求別的國家開放，一邊關(guān)閉自己的大門。
