國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局近日舉行“知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)這十年”專題新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。據(jù)介紹，2012年至2021年，國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局累計(jì)授權(quán)發(fā)明專利395.3萬件，年均增長13.8%。

The number of valid invention patents on the Chinese mainland has exceeded 3 million, with a rising proportion in the field of digital technologies, the National Intellectual Property Administration said on Sunday.

國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局10月9日表示，我國國內(nèi)（不含港澳臺(tái)）發(fā)明專利有效量已超300萬件。數(shù)字技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＠急戎乜焖偬岣摺?/p>

As of September, there were over 3.15 million valid invention patents held on the Chinese mainland, said Ge Shu, an official with the administration, at a press conference.

國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃司司長葛樹在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，截至2022年9月，國內(nèi)（不含港澳臺(tái)）發(fā)明專利有效量約315萬件。

More than 30 percent of the Chinese patents belonged to strategic emerging industries, such as new energy vehicles, digital creativity, and high-end equipment manufacturing, and 13 percent have a patent term of over 10 years, according to the official.

戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)有效發(fā)明專利占國內(nèi)總量的比重超過三成。其中，新能源汽車、數(shù)字創(chuàng)意、高端裝備制造等戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)尤為活躍。維持年限超過10年的發(fā)明專利所占比重達(dá)到13.0%。

As of July, 326,000 Chinese enterprises were holding 2.09 million valid invention patents.

截至2022年7月，國內(nèi)擁有有效發(fā)明專利的企業(yè)達(dá)到32.6萬家，擁有有效發(fā)明專利大約209萬件。

Ge stressed the growth of patents in the field of digital technologies, saying that computer technology, measurements, and digital communications were the top three industries in the number of valid invention patents in China as of July.

葛樹指出，數(shù)字技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＠急戎乜焖偬岣摺＝刂?022年7月，發(fā)明專利有效量排名前三的領(lǐng)域依次是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域、測量領(lǐng)域和數(shù)字通信領(lǐng)域。

The patent number has further enhanced China's international status as an innovation power, Ge said.

葛樹表示，國內(nèi)有效發(fā)明專利數(shù)量的突破，也進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)了我國創(chuàng)新大國的國際地位。
